Purpose of an Experience
An Experience is an immersive, action-based learning opportunity for educators.
Each Experience focuses on building an overarching skill, broken down into 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks. The weekly structure is simple: five actions plus a reflection question that invites every participant to share and learn together. This blend of practice and community helps educators apply strategies in real time while connecting with peers.
Think of it as your chance to give educators meaningful value and a taste of what you offer to educators. When they enjoy your Experience, they'll be encouraged to visit your profile to discover more about your work.

Tips for Quality Content:
• Let your voice and passion shine. Make the Experience feel personal and authentic!
• Start with the big picture: define your overarching purpose, then design backwards. For example, an Experience "Hit the Reset Button" could be structured into four weeks: Navigating Our Nervous System, Bookmarking Our Days, Movement and Mind Connection, and Joy Tank.
• Build daily insights that are truly simple and quick to implement individually, with students, or with colleagues.
• Ground your content in research and evidence-based practices to add credibility and impact.
