Welcome, Providers! Posting your first Action is the best way to share your expertise and start making an impact in the WTD community. We’ve made it simple, so you can focus on sharing actionable strategies educators can use right away.

Steps to Create Actions
1. Start from the Lounge
Head to the Lounge page inside WTD and click “Create Action.”
2. Write Your Action
Keep it clear, practical, and easy to implement.
- Focus on strategies educators can try the same day.
- Stay under 250 characters.
3. Add a Supporting Link
Strengthen your Action with a resource:
- Research article
- Blog post
- Worksheet or template
- Video or even your own book
4. Select an Educational Level
Choose the level your Action best fits:
- Early Learning (PreK)
- Elementary (K–6)
- Secondary (7–12)
5. Pick a Pillar
Your Action should align with one of WTD’s core pillars:
- Curriculum & Instruction
- Specialized Programs & Populations
- Assessment
- Classroom Culture & Behavior
- Educator Well-Being
- Student Well-Being
- Family & Community Engagement
- Leadership
- Educational Technology
6. Refine with Pins
Within your pillar, select up to three pins to make your Action more specific. Pins help educators quickly find the content they need.
7. Submit Your Action
Click submit—that’s it!
8. Track Engagement
You’ll get mail in your WTD mailbox when your Action goes live. Once it’s published:
- Bookmark it to your toolkit for easy tracking.
- Explore and save other Providers’ Actions.
- See how educators interact with your content.
